We’ve been getting our refills from Saponetti for years now and it’s always been a pleasure. At first we were out of the delivery range- they went above and beyond and made it happen for us! Now we’ve moved onto a sailboat, and so we walk-in and get our refills right at the depot. Living on a sailboat means two things: 1. our grey water (sinks and showers) go directly to the lake... so it’s even more important to use environmentally safe products, 2. Lake plastic pollution is also right on our doorstep, this way we aren’t adding to the problem and we’ve mounted our jars right to the wall so they don’t roll around as we’re underway. Thank you Saponetti for being there for all of our soap needs!

I have been shopping at Saponetti since the pandemic. I love that everything is local and Canadian. From the packaging to delivery service, this is as earth friendly as you can get apart from making your own. For a busy family, this is our best option. We love the dish soap here, it is gentle on the hands and still able to cut grease.

What a great little shop! I first bought soap here 2 years ago and became an instant convert. The fact that I don’t have to worry about my kids breathing in toxic fumes every time I clean the house is enough to keep me coming back, the amazing scents and sustainable packaging (or lack of packaging) are just bonuses. The owners are lovely and make you feel like an old friend as soon as you walk through the door, I am looking forward to being able to say hello to them again once the pandemic ends. In the meantime I am content to enjoy their super convenient delivery service. A great addition to the neighbourhood, I hope they stay in business for a long time!!
